A reduced hydrogen water produced using Brown's gas that increases an absolute value of negative ORP(oxidation-reduction potential) and has a pH of 6.0 to 8.4, an apparatus and a method for producing the reduced hydrogen water, a reduced hydrogen drinking water produced using Brown's gas with an absolute value of negative ORP, and an apparatus and a method for producing the reduced hydrogen drinking water are provided. An apparatus for producing reduced hydrogen water using Brown's gas comprises: a water supply equipment(10) for supplying water; a Brown's gas production equipment(12) for producing Brown's gas; and a reduced hydrogen water storage equipment(60) for storing reduced hydrogen water produced by injecting the Brown's gas into water supplied from the water supply equipment. The apparatus further comprises an alien substance-removed water storage tank(52) for removing alien substances in the Brown's gas by passing the produced Brown's gas through alien substance-removed water, and then injecting the Brown's gas into the reduced hydrogen water storage equipment. The apparatus further comprises a first water supply passage(71) for supplying water to the Brown's gas production equipment, a second water supply passage(51) for supplying water to the alien substance-removed water storage tank, and a third water supply passage(61) for supplying water to the reduced hydrogen water storage equipment.
