摘要

A DMB system for providing words information and a method for providing the words information in DMB are provided to enable a DMB receiving terminal to extract and output title data according to a reproduction time of music contents by using synchronization information included in words data so that a user can easily check words corresponding to a currently reproduced part when viewing DAB. A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) system(200) for providing words information in DMB, broadcasts words data, which is matched to music contents included in the DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) data of the DMB and in which synchronization information is included, wherein the synchronization information enables a DMB receiving terminal(202) to synchronize the words information of the music contents according to a reproduction time of currently broadcasted music contents.
