A synthetic resin composition for manufacturing a bipolar plate of a fuel cell is provided to maintain sufficient electric conductivity even if a less amount of conductive filler is added to synthetic resins. A synthetic resin composition for manufacturing a bipolar plate of a fuel cell is obtained by mixing 55-79.5wt% of a synthetic resin, 0.5-5wt% of carbon nanotubes(2) doped with a conductive polymer material, and 20-50wt% of carbon black(1) doped with a conductive polymer material. The synthetic resin is selected from polyphenylenesulfide, polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyphenylene oxide, polybutylene terephthalate, polyetheretherketone, phenol resins, epoxy resins, and vinylester.
