High Temperature Vulcanizing Silicone Rubber Composition Having Excellent Physical Property

A thermosetting type silicone rubber composition is provided to have excellent mechanical properties such as rebound resilience, tensile strength, and tear strength, and superior heat resistance capable of maintaining properties of rubber even at high temperature. The thermosetting type silicone rubber composition comprises 10-100 parts by weight of a mix silica as a reinforcing filler, 0.1-10 parts by weight of an organic silane coupling agent, 0.1-15 parts by weight of a processing aid, 0.001-1 parts by weight of a releasing agent, and 0.5-3 parts by weight of an organic peroxide based on 100 parts by weight of silicone raw rubber having vinyl groups at both terminals. The raw rubber represented by the following chemical formula 1: RaSIO(4-a)/2 has a molecular weight of 400,000-700,000, a viscosity of 10,000,000cPs or more at 25°C, and a total vinyl group content of 0.01-10mol%. In the chemical formula 1, R is a C1-10 aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon group, C1-10 aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group, or C1-30 aromatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group, and a is a positive number of 1.90-2.05.
