A complex pile formed by integrally connecting a steel pile to a prestressed concrete composite pile and a pile construction method using the same are provided to prevent corrosion of the pile due to seawater by bearing bending load, and to cut down the construction cost by reducing the construction period. A prestressed concrete composite pile(30) is inserted to an upper connecting part of a connecting socket, and the upper connecting part is placed in a boundary(55) of the prestressed concrete composite pile and a steel pile(40). A lower connecting part of the connecting socket functions as a welding heat relief range(52) by connecting a lower end of the lower connecting part to the steel pile with welding. The boundary between the prestressed concrete composite pile and the steel pile is set with a margin(56) from a virtual seabed(15), and a complex pile is manufactured by welding the steel pile in the welding heat relief range. A pier or quay is installed by mounting the complex piles repeatedly.
