An apparatus for removing air contaminants generated in petrochemical product facilities and crude and refined oil storage tanks is provided to prevent environmental pollution by easily collecting air contaminants generated from the crude and refined oil storage tanks and removing the collected air contaminants more completely, and conduct maintenance and management very easily by providing newly constructed facilities. An apparatus for removing air contaminants generated in petrochemical product facilities and crude and refined oil storage tanks comprises: a collection pipe(100) which is connected to a storage tank(700) for storing crude or refined oil by a flange, and in which air contaminants together with air are collected; a transfer pipe(200) which is connected to one side of the collection pipe by a flange to transfer collected air and air contaminants, and on which a discharge port is formed to discharge condensation water generated due to a temperature difference between the transfer pipe and the outside in a transferring process; a gas-liquid separator(300) which is connected to the transfer pipe by a flange, and discharges the separated gas and liquid by separating portions of gas and liquid contained in the air contaminants transferred through the transfer pipe; a fan(400) connected to the gas-liquid separator to suck and discharge air and air contaminants; and an adsorption column(500) connected to the blower by a flange to remove and discharge air contaminants discharged through the blower.
