A method for eliminating noise of horizontal lines and calibrating gamma in an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) panel is provided to perform the gamma calibration at the state that the intereference between lines by signals is removed. A black level value of an OLED is measured(S1). Thereafter, the slope offset is measured and calculated(S2). A line offset related to the entire horizontal line of the OLED is measured and then an interference noise between the horizontal lines is removed(S3). Finally, the luminance of R(Red), G(Green) and B(Blue) is measured respectively and then the gamma calibration is performed(S4). The OLED comprises an OLED panel and an OLED driver IC(Integrated Circuit) for supplying R, G and B signals to the OLED panel.
