METHOD FOR TREATING CHRONIC FRACTURE-LUXATION IN ELBOW JOINT

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating chronic brachial luxations at accompanying fracture of coronoid process and radius caput. The development of coronoid process should be fulfilled due to double osteotomy of proximal part of elbow bone in axial plane and the shift of intermediate fragment to the front for the half of elbow bone's diameter. The defect of elbow bone developed should be substituted with a free transplant. Metal construction is being a plate which should be formed along posterior contours of elbow bone's fragments. The innovation provides the prevention of relapses of posterior subluxation or luxation in elbow joint, the reconstruction of elbow joint without damaging the function of muscular apparatus.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;1 cl, 3 dwg
