FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, equipment for attachment of parts on working tool or in working zone of part machining lathe.;SUBSTANCE: clamping device has rectangular frame with pressure planks attached to longitudinal supports of said frame. Each of pressure planks is equipped with a plurality of threaded openings which are widened to predetermined nominal size. In order to fix and position parts, tightening bolts inserted into each of said openings or countersunk-headed bolts screwed into openings or stop bars with diameter of nominal size may be used. Because clamping is performed by means of pressure planks, frame is free from clamping force and may be extremely light-weight.;EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency.;22 cl, 8 dwg
