FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology.;SUBSTANCE: in patients with celiac disease after some period after the onset of therapy it is necessary to carry out immunological diagnostics of their state along with morphological assay of small-intestinal bioptates. At decreased antibodies' titer to endomysium being up to 1:40 and lower, decreased concentration of antibodies against tissue transglutaminase up to 30 m.u./ml and lower, decreased level of antibodies against gliadin up to 50 m.u./ml and lower, decreased antibodies titer against reticulin being up to 1:40 and lower, decreased level of interepithelial lymphocytes up to 45 cells/100 enterocytes and lower, decreased edema and deformation of collagenic fibrillae at keeping their transverse striated picture, at restoring the structure of basal membranes of blood vessels and reconstructing steady distribution of glycosamine glycanes in intercellular matrix, at restoring endomysium's separation against surrounding tissues one should detect the treatment of celiac disease to be efficient.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.;3 ex
