BIOLOGICAL MARKER FOR IDENTIFYING RACE OF FISH, SET AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFICATION OF FISH RACE BELONGING

FIELD: biotechnology, pisciculture, molecular biology.;SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for identification of race fishes belonging using polymorphous markers. Method involves sampling a blood spaceman, isolation of DNA and analysis of genomic DNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. In realization of method polymorphous markers of DNA of different size and length are used. Visualization of DNA is carried out in electrophoresis in acrylamide or agarose gel.
