FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to introduce a dyestuff to detect the dyeing of esophageal mucosa for further estimating the intensity of gastroesophageal reflux. The dyestuff should be introduced into the stomach with the help of a catheter. Then one should fulfill reflux-stimulating samples. One should evaluate the dyeing degree of esophageal mucosa with the help of fibroesophagoscopy.
