FIELD: physicochemical analytical methods.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filling materials for reversed-phase liquid chromatography and provides powdered hydrophobic polymer prepared by reaction of powdered cross-linked (meth)acrylate polymer having hydroxyl group with cross-linking epoxy compound followed by hydrolysis of oxyrane cycles and reaction of thus obtained hydroxyl group-containing compound with epoxy compound containing 6 to 40 carbon atoms.
