FIELD: medical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: device has sit and back movable in height. The chair has height-adjustable armrests, height-adjustable headrest supporting nape and a neck and fixed in upper part of chair back curved to mate cervical lordosis, mechanism for varying lumbar lordosis curvature in depth and height and chest kyphosis, designed as shape-controlled rest member, and belts for fixing thoracic and pelvic parts of trunk. The mechanism for varying lumbar lordosis curvature in depth and height and chest kyphosis is rigidly mounted on chair back by means of supporting plates in the area the superolumbar vertebral column segment transition to inferolumbar vertebral column segment takes place. The mechanism is movable in horizontal and vertical direction due to teeth on horizontal and vertical guides being engageable with mating gears, set in motion by means of handles.
