FIELD: forestry facilities.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in forest industry, mining and oil producing industries and nature management for geodetic measurements of territory, treatment of plants and road coatings. Proposed vehicle consists of cross-country truck with tent of body in form of inflatable with secured by slings to truck body and providing lifting of truck to required height. Plates with locks are installed on axles of vehicle wheels. Flexible members are arranged around cross sections of wheel whose length is greater than length of antiskid chains, and whose ends are fastened in said plates. Flexible members are attached to body without hindering rotation of wheels in traveling position. With vehicle in position lifted over ground, flexible members, at rotation of wheels, are shifted into operating position by centrifugal forces to provide treatment of objects and owing to striking against said objects provide movement and maneuvering of vehicle. Flexible member can be in form of chain or enlarged of steel wire rope, and device fastening flexible members on body, in form of multitooth hook hinge-fastened by upper end to body parallel to axle of rotation of wheel.;EFFECT: enlarged technological capabilities of vehicle.;2 cl, 5 dwg
