METHOD FOR PREVENTING IMPLANTATION METASTASING AT SURGICAL TREATMENT OF TUMORS

FIELD: medicine, oncology.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out ultrasound spraying onto the tissues of operation cavity and tumor capsule with a flow-aerosol flare of ozonide/NO-containing 30-45%-butyric emulsion of "oil-in-water" type. Then tumor should be removed due to applying ultrasound cutting and coagulating instruments. Operation area should be ventilated with the mixture of highly active gaseous components 1O2, O*, O2*, O3, O2, O· and, simultaneously, one should irradiate the tissues with wide-strip UV radiation. After that, wound cavity should be washed with ozone/NO-containing physiological solution. On evacuating the worked out solution operation cavity should be refilled in with ozonide/NO-containing 20-30%-butyric emulsion to carry out its ozone/NO-ultrasound treatment along with emulsion barbotage with ozone/NO-containing gaseous mixture at ozone concentration being about 3-5 mg/l. At final stage one should fulfill surface carcinocidal photoplasmatic treatment, layer-by-layer wound suturing in, layer-by-layer ventilation with highly active gaseous components, UV radiation, spraying with ozonide/NO-containing 30-45%-butyric emulsion per every layer under suturing. Such a tactics enables to increase the quality of operation cavitary tissue sanitation and decrease the chance for metastasing of tumor cells.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.;1 cl, 10 dwg, 1 ex
