FIELD: technology of sugar manufacture.;SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling out backflows in vacuum device up to the content of dry matter in massecuite 92-95%. Before discharge from vacuum device into receiver mixer massecuite is diluted up to the content of dry matter 89-91% with condensate formed from saturated steam added to massecuite. During dilution process massecuite is heated to temperature 75-85°C.
