FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be prepared due to soaking wheat bread in milk and cutting it then, chopping the beef. Then it is necessary to mix the components mentioned with common salt and hot black pepper to obtain the stuffing. Then comes cutting, frying in grease and partial grating the onions, boiling, shelling and cutting the part of hen eggs, cutting the parsley greens and mixing ungrated part of onions, cut hen eggs and parsley greens to obtain the stuffing followed by layer-by-layer applying a cutlet mass and the stuffing followed by twisting, applying the residual part of hen eggs, breading in wheat dry bread and roasting to obtain the rolls. Due to chopping and freezing new white head cabbage, cutting, frying in grease and grating carrots and parsley root, frying wheat flour, mixing carrots and parsley root, grated part of onions, wheat flour, bone broth, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, hot black pepper and laurel leaf one should obtain the sauce. Rolls, cabbage and sauce should be packed followed by sealing and sterilization. The suggested canned food is of increased digestibility.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
