METHOD FOR DEVELOPING PERSONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL PORTRAIT

FIELD: medicine, psychology.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to measure the levels of individual values of analytical K_A, creative K_C and practical K_P personal intellects to standardize them for corresponding preset minimally acceptable levels of individual values. According to individual standardized values and one should calculate the value of innovation intellect level (K_I) and depict the levels of these values on the indication field. The centers of depicting the levels of three individual standardized values should be applied upon indication field in points being the tops of the triangle, in area of which one should detect the following regions: "generator", "resonator", "realizator" and "universal" that characterize personal role functions in the innovation process. It is necessary to range the levels of three individual standardized values. In case of their equality the center of depicting the level of personal innovation intellect should be coincided with the center of gravity of the triangle. In case of inequality of, at least, two individual standardized values the center of depicting the level of the value of personal innovation intellect should be shifted towards the region of personal role function, correspondingly, "generator" in case of the highest value, "resonator" at the highest value and "realizator" at the highest value. Then one should depict the levels of values, and K_I in their special centers on the indication field. The innovation suggested enables to shorten the period of time being necessary to conclude upon personal role function and achieve automatization of the process to develop personal psychological portrait.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;7 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
