Invention relates to the rail transport, namely, to the covers of unloading hatchways of hoppers, and it can be used in transport means dealing with the transportation of mineral fertilizers. The cover of the unloading hatchway of hopper includes a box jacket with internal flat wall equipped with external elements fastening the box jacket to the railroad car. Lining element made of polymeric material is fixed on the internal flat wall of the box jacket with the help of the glue composition, the form and the size of lining element corresponding to the form and size of the internal flat wall of the box jacket. This embodiment of invention allows to exclude the corrosive wear of the cover of unloading hatchway of the hopper and to reduce the costs for repair work and to increase the time between overhauls of the railroad car.
