The control board includes a control board plate (7) with a control section. A first printed board (2) mounts the control section and a first connector (6) is plane-mounted. A removable terminal stand plate (1) includes a terminal stand (3), an input circuit section (4) and an output circuit section (5). A second printed board mounts the terminal stand, input circuit section, and output circuit section. There is a second connector (9). The two connectors are connected to each other. The terminal stand has an input terminal for an external signal and a terminal for its power/common. There is an external output terminal and a terminal power/common for it. The input circuit section and output circuit section include a wiring circuit which enables the mounting of components in accordance with an input/output specification selected from a sink specification and a source specification. The presence or absence of mounting of the components on the wiring circuit is selectable to accord with the sink specification or the source specification.
