A plastic extrusion moulding arrangement comprises at least one extrusion moulding unit (9) which is electronically controlled using a number of process parameters, an arrangement for electronically detecting at least part of the process parameters, and an analysis and control unit for the process parameters. The analysis and control unit consists of a self-controlling and self-regulating electronic Neuro-Fuzzy system. Each extrusion unit has a moulding tool and/or an advancing band, and/or a cooling unit and/or a cutting unit, and/or a saw and/or a stamping unit, and/or a drilling unit, and/or a laser printing unit. One or more of the sensors are used to measure the process parameters, and an electronic unit is used to determine the production parameters. Each extrusion-blowing unit has an electronic and/or optical and/or magnetic in-line measurement capability.
