A moisture-removing system comprises a cooling circuit and a cold medium-cooled moisture-removing passage with the circuit (7.2) successively comprising an evaporator (4) and tube, a compressor (2), condenser (1) and an expansion unit (3). The drying passage has a by-pass (7.1) extending from a distribution point (14) between condenser and expander through at least one additional tube to a mixing point (13) between the condenser and expander. An independent claim is also included for an operating process for the above.
