Cosmetic and dermatological composition comprises: at least one partially neutralized saturated fatty acids esters of monoglyceride and/or diglyceride; polyethylene glycol esters having 12-40C fatty acids; at least two polyethylene glycol ether of type (A) and (B1) having 16-40C fatty alcohol polyethylene glycol ether, and the chain length of the ether (A) differs by at least two carbon atoms of the chain length of the ether (B1); fatty alcohol such as 12-40C alkyl alcohol; thickener such as xanthane gum; and ascorbic acid and/or ascorbyl compounds.
