Composition in oil-in-water emulsion form comprises: fatty acid ester and polyethylene glycol; additional surfactant comprising esters of 16-22C fatty acid and sorbitan and esters of 16-22C fatty acid and glyceryl; ethylene oxide polycondensate and propylene oxide polycondensate comprising polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol blocks; and active ingredient comprising ascorbic acid and its salts, glycosylated ascorbic acid, salicylic acid and its derivatives (I) and its salts obtained from inorganic or organic base. Composition in oil-in-water emulsion form comprises: fatty acid ester and polyethylene glycol; additional surfactant comprising esters of 16-22C fatty acid and sorbitan and esters of 16-22C fatty acid and glyceryl; ethylene oxide polycondensate and propylene oxide polycondensate comprising polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol blocks; and active ingredient comprising ascorbic acid and its salts, glycosylated ascorbic acid, salicylic acid and its derivatives of formula (I) and its salts obtained from inorganic or organic base.
