The method involves connecting an insert (3) with a strut mount (1) of a body of a motor vehicle at a border region of the insert in holohedral and jointless manner. The insert is made up of a metal, such that the insert is soldered with the mount. A zinc foil is laid between the insert and body, and the insert and body are pressed with each other. The foil is accommodated between the insert and body by heating the foil by induction.
