The brake has a lever (1) that is mounted at a brake shoe (5), where an upper adjustment of the brake shoe is modified such that a rear rotation of brake shoe is performed around a roller axis (2). The lever is pulled upward by operating a Bowden cable (4) so that the brake shoe is pressed on ground. The brake shoe is drawn to its starting position by a tension spring (3) after a braking operation.
