The wind-powered device has a wind wheel (2), a propelled generator unit (1) having a stand (5) and a runner (6). The stand is arranged in a housing cap (4) and the runner. The runner is connected with the wind wheel by a drive shaft (7). The housing cap is encased in an enclosure. The housing cap has a cooling pole and that the generator unit has a dehumidifying mechanism (11), by which air is taken out of the housing cap by the cooling pole, with dehumidified air of the housing cap again supplied.
