The pre-cut part has a one-piece foldable material pre-cut part adapted in breadth, height and shape to an article. A suspension region has two hanging plates (112a,112b) which are separated by a folding line, and a displacement region hinged at the plates (112a). A fastening plate is hinged at the edge of the plate (112b), lying opposite to the displacement region so that the plates form at the rear wall of the displacement region.
