The overload clutch device between a drive shaft and a driven shaft has the first clutch component (K1) provided with at least one ring component arrangement (RA) which is radially pressurized in the direction of the second clutch component (K2). A spring arrangement (FA) is installed on a side of the ring component arrangement which faces radially away from the second component and exerts a radial press-on force onto the ring arrangement in the direction of the second component. An independent claim is included for a motor powered working tool such as hedge shears which is equipped with the aforesaid overload clutch device.
