Diagnosis of endometriosis by comparing concentrations of RNA for a RANTES-binding receptor and for a housekeeping gene

Method for determining a parameter that is indicative of endometriosis comprises determining, in the peripheral blood, (a) the mRNA concentration (c1) of a RANTES-binding receptor and (b) the mRNA concentration (c2) of a housekeeping gene, then calculating the quotient Q = c1/c2.
