The sensor has a heating unit and an electrical conductor that is connected with a sensitive layer (18), where the layer has poly dialkyl siloxane and divinyl benzene. Two measuring electrodes (14, 16) are provided as the conductor in an inter digital structure. The layer is surrounded by a filter in a radially symmetrical manner. A resistance conductor determines impedance and/or electrical resistance of the layer. An independent claim is also included for a measuring device comprising a sensor.
