The endoscopy apparatus, with an external magnet coil system (1), has a patient (2) manipulation mechanism and a robot (3) moved by the magnet through the patient's organs. The manipulation mechanism has step motors, with a remote or automatic control, to shift the patient by rotation and/or pitching at an angle and/or in a spatial sliding action within the scanning area (A).
