The device (1) has a component (2) with two spaced apart side pieces (4, 5) and a center part (6) of another component (3) plunging between the side pieces. The interlockable components are connected in the center part by lateral screw units extending through the side pieces, such that the device rotates about a specific degree value such as ninety degree, and has a stop unit in its use position and a fixing unit in its rest position. Bushings are placed between the center part and the side pieces. The device is made from stainless steel or brass. An independent claim is also included for a device for pivotable use with a device for connection of a wall-side fixable mounting.
