Production and/or repair of an integrated gas turbine rotor comprises preparing a rotor base body, forming a moving blade by power metallurgical injection molding and joining the moving blade to the rotor base body by welding, soldering or diffusing. The injection molding step comprises mixing a metal powder with a binder to form a homogeneous composition, forming a base body of the moving blade by injection molding the composition, removing the binder and sealing by sintering.
