The loudspeaker has passive diaphragms (4) vibrated and coupled at an end or a diaphragm surface in a vibration drive, which is designed as a bending unit. The passive diaphragms possess self swinging characteristics and are U-shaped connected with each other by a bar. The passive diaphragms are held at a supporting unit. An active diaphragm (1) which is designed as a crystal oscillator is attached at the passive diaphragms by a spacer. A surface of the passive diaphragms is larger than that of the active diaphragm.
