The bicycle has an arm drive, a leg drive, a front wheel, a back wheel and a steering including a crank handle (6) and a treadle (8). The drives are crank drives, where the bicycle is ridden with arm crank movements or with leg crank movements by a bicycle rider. A saddle (3) is a part of the steering and is fixedly connected with a fork (1) via a steering arm (5). The steering includes a motor with an adjusting device. An independent claim is also included for a method of riding a bicycle.
