The device has a cover shaped body (2) in which a neck tie is accommodated. An opening (7) is arranged at one side of the cover shaped body for guiding the neck tie. Adhesive sections (3a,3b) are provided for changing a passage cross section of the opening. The cover shaped body consists of a flexible material. The opening with variable passage cross section, facing a transverse side of the body, is designed either opened or closed. An independent claim is also included for a packing or batch of multiple neck tie production devices which are connected with one another in a detachable manner.
