The module has a laminar substrate composed of a light-conductive material, and including a polymer coating that contains a fluorescent material. A radiation sensor is optically coupled with a substrate, where the substrate is selected in such a manner that fluorescence radiation is guided at the radiation sensor and produced by light that falls on the radiation sensor. The substrate is composed of glass or plastic. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for detecting, controlling and monitoring a living organism, object and material with a radiation module (2) a method for detecting, controlling and monitoring a living organism, object and material.
