The system has an electric motor (2) and a flow-operated drive (3) with magnetic sensors (16, 17). The sensors act together with a ring magnet (15) that is formed from permanent magnets and runs with a drive shaft (8). The sensors determine an angle position of a rotary motion of the shaft. The ring magnet encloses the shaft and is designed concentric to a shaft axis. The sensors are arranged between the shaft and the magnet arrangement and are radially displaced opposite to the shaft.
