Printed packaging film for repeat deep-drawing, with the layer sequence: (a) thin film with sufficient elasticity for repeat continuous printing, printed with an equally-spaced recurring pattern (machine direction) and with (repeat) print marks assigned to individual patterns, (b) laminating adhesive and (c) deep-drawing film, in which at least (a) or (c) and (b) are optically transparent. Printed, multilayer packaging film (I) for repeat deep-drawing, with the layer sequence: (a) a thin single or composite film with sufficient elasticity for repeat continuous printing, printed on at least one side with an image in the form of a pattern recurring at regular intervals in the machine direction and with print marks (guides) assigned to the individual patterns, (b) a layer of laminating adhesive over the entire surface of the printed side (or one of them) and (c) a layer of deep-drawing film, in which at least (a) or (c) and (b) are optically transparent. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of (I) by printing layer (a) with patterns and marks as above and then laminating it with (c) using a laminating adhesive (b).
