The legging has a band (1) and Velcro fastening units (3) for holding and pulling the anterior of cuboids of foot toward top in the direction of leg. The band is flexibly stretched preferably about 10 to 50 percentage, particularly 25 percentage. Two bands (7, 8) fix the legging at an angle joint, where the legging includes packets (11, 12) and is made of foamed rubber material e.g. neoprene. An independent claim is also included for a method for protecting a bottom angle joint of a foot.
