The method involves checking digitized data in an error diagnosis method. Error correction of the digitized data takes place, and a data stream is produced from the digitized data for direct control of a machine tool. An identical positive model of mouth nose portion or entire face portion or a body part or a certain body of a patient is produced using a high precision manufacturing method. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing molding of human body part e.g. individual face mask (2) an individual face mask e.g. nose mask, for treatment of respiration insufficiency.
