The method involves determining a geographical position of a telecommunication device from the data received by the telecommunication device. Deviation of a local time corresponding to the position of the sun is determined from a time zone-time of the telecommunication device, where preset time points are corrected at the calculated deviation. The corrected time points are compared with time measurement of the device, and a calling signal is released according to the measure of the comparison result.
