The unit has a detention side (2) for attachment of objects to a support e.g. wall. The side is provided with detention units (3) e.g. hooks, claws or lugs, that are laminarly distributed and that are hookable at the wall. The detention units are provided in a laminar support unit (1). The support unit has a bonding layer on its side that is turned away from the detention side. A layer made of soft-elastic material is provided below the bonding layer, where the detention units are covered with a protective film. An independent claim is also included for a method for attaching objects to a support such as a wall.
