The circuit has a current mirror with a reference transistor (T0) connected as a diode and at least one mirror transistor. The control electrodes (S0-Sn) of the transistors are coupled to a reference current source, their reference electrodes (B0-Bn) are coupled together, respective connecting lines via which the reference and control electrodes are connected together, have non-negligible resistances (R1-Rn, RG1-RGn). The supply current of the reference transistor is impressed on the control electrodes of the mirror transistor.
