The arrangement has a loudspeaker (20) that is arranged in a front column (10) and a side or door sill (30) of a motor vehicle (1). Hollow spaces (14) of the column and sill provide a resonance volume for the loudspeaker. The front column running in a vertical direction of the vehicle has openings in a connection area with the sill that runs in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The openings acoustically couple the spaces of the column and sill with each other. A sealing is slidably arranged in the spaces of the column and sill for adjusting the resonance volume.
