The compressed thermoplastic plate useful as flexible floor mat in an animal husbandry, consists of an upper thermoplastic elastomer cover layer (3) with a surface structure (4), a core layer (5) and a lower cover layer. The core layer consists moistened non-woven glass fibers (6) with thermoplastic material. Cavities (7) with a pore volume of 60%, are present between the glass fibers, which are uniformly distributed within the core layer.
