The vehicle has a connecting unit (10) for connecting the vehicle with a kerosene hydrant of a hydrant system and another connecting unit (30) for connecting the vehicle with a filler neck of an airplane. The connecting units are connected by measuring, filtering and regulating unit. Each connecting unit has two pipe units (31,32) which are flexibly connected with one another by tension springs or horizontal/vertical joints.
