The tanker has a connecting device (30) connecting a tank (5) of a vehicle with a refilling adapter of an airplane. The connecting device is connected with a measuring, filtering and controlling system (2) and has two tube units (31, 32), which are flexibly connected with one another. The tube units are connected by joints with a horizontal rotational axis and made of aluminum and steel e.g. stainless steel.
